Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders placed on The Fife Regatta Online Shop before 20 June 2022 will be processed not before 20 June 2022. This is because event volunteers and merchandise will travel with The Fife Regatta, and will be unable to dispatch online orders before this date.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 business days to advise you on the revised estimated dispatch date.

Shipping will be via Royal Mail Tracked or International Tracked & Signed service, or by an equivalent level of service.

Shipping Costs

U.K. orders placed on The Fife Regatta Shop will be charged £5.00 for postage and packaging.

Europe (excluding U.K.) orders will be charged £15.00 for postage and packaging.

Rest of World (excluding U.K. and Europe) orders will be charged £25.00 for postage and packaging.


We gladly accept returns by mail. Merchandise is eligible for return within 28 days of delivery and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags, packaging and labels attached. Please note, we do not accept exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Instructions for Returns by Mail

  1. To return an item, please enclose the packing slip in with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return. Simply return your parcel to the post office making sure to get a proof of postage.
  2. Can’t find your packing slip? Include a note with your full name, order number, email address and selection(s) from step one.
  3. Securely package your item(s) using original packaging if possible.
  4. Select a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.
  5. Ship to the following address: The Fife Regatta Ltd., 4 Ferry Row, Fairlie, Ayrshire, United Kingdom. KA29 0AJ.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your return is the result of an error on our part please email [email protected] with images of the defect. If incorrect items or sizes were shipped or merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping we will provide a full refund including postage costs.

Processing Times

Returns submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to us. Refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7-10 business days.
